For good leader, the ability of decision is essential to create best result and establish positive relationship with team members. By integrating diverse opinions into a unified solution in complex situations as a leader, the smooth workflow can be maintained. For example, best result is able to be generated  with the persuable conclusion of leader in team meeting.

In my opinion, cultural institutions should return stolen artifacts to their countries of origin. If the cultural artifacts were created in the specific country, the possibility of properly preserving the cultural artifacts is higher in their country of origin. The properties of geography, climate and unique technology are essential for saving their cultural heritage over a long time. For example, the traditional palaces of Korea and stone architecture representing Budha should be preserved by proper natural environment like four seasons and ancestral technology. In detail, maintaining exact moisture levels in caves is essential for preservation. However, some of cultural heritages are disappearing since the other country don't have  proper location and space to preserve the artifacts. Additionaly, preserving the artifacts is not most important work in those countries. Therefore, preserving stolen cultural artifacts will be more effective in their country of origin.
